Michael Costa is the Treasurer of NSW. His Climate Camp Affirmation was made in the NSW Legislative Council on 18th June 2008, in response to a question about energy efficiency from Greens MLC John Kaye.
"The camp will be held over six days from 10 to 15 July inMichael Costa Newcastle, conducting inspiring workshops and direct action aimed at shutting down the world's largest coal port in Newcastle, just north of Sydney."

Very interesting writeup

I'm there....
If Costa thinks the camp will inspire a movement to prevent the doubling in capacity of the Newcastle coal port and help us phase out coal (and he's opposed to the Camp) - I'm there!
The photo of Costa is hilarious!
